The collection contains records transferred from the Department of University Analytics, Research and Assessment in 2017. The records in this collection include program self-studies and course evaluations (1991-2007), grade distribution summaries (2003-2007), College of Education practicum handbooks (2006-2007), new faculty and staff orientation materials (2002-2008), student and graduation data (1994-2007), library staff vitae (2007) and usage data (2003-2008), copy of (1968) articles of incorporation, enrollment stats (1997-2007), fair treatment, program approval and transfer policies (2003-2007), curriculum modifications, promotional materials and manuals for the School of Management and the Master of Arts in Teaching program (2000 - 2008), Board of Regents policy manual (1997), faculty meeting minutes (2004-2008), sample transcripts for B.A. undergraduates (2008), and audited financial statements for the CU Foundation (2004-2007).

Historical Note
In August 2015, Concordia University-Portland's Office of Institutional Research and Office of Institutional Assessment merged into the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness. The department changed names in July 2016 to the Department of University Analytics, Research and Assessment.
